Maximum protection against bad weather

Article published the : 2007-11-29

In order to maximise protection against the bad weather, we offer you a coated acrylic fabric which provides a better resistance to water.

Within the Orchestras full range of styles and colours come the Orchestra TT fabrics which provide a perfect solution for the permanent usage of an awning.

The Orchestra TT awning fabrics are the solution for permanent and professional installations (shops and restaurants). Available in about thirty colours (plains and stripes) these awning fabrics are coated with an acrylic resin which provides a better resistance to water. Ideal for intensive use.

A fabric dedicated to confection.

More and more awning covers today are made by welding or gluing, replacing the traditional method of sewing. Several advantages: Aesthetic (no seams), durability (the glue is protected from UV whilst thread deteriorates in sunlight) and water tightness (no water leaking through the needle holes).

In order to meet the current market needs, the range of TT fabrics will from now on be made with a non coated 2cm strip.

This reserve of 2cm allows a better adherence for the welding or the gluing giving the fabric a far more superior resistance to that achieved by the classical method.

The non coated strip is indicated by a marker on each roll and confection instructions are attached for each delivery.
