Sunacryl, the latest style in terms of fibres

For outdoor use (awnings, cushions…), we have recently developed a new fibre in partnership with the main producers of acrylic fibres. This new, rot-resistant material has optimal, long lasting UV resistance properties. Sunacryl is a solution dyed acrylic fibre, meaning that colour pigments are added at the liquid stage of production and not after (as for fabrics with dyed yarn).

Treatment based on nano-technology

In partnership with a major player in the chemical industry, we have developed the Cleangard® treatment based on fluorine nano-molecules. This gives the fabric unbeatable resistance properties to stains, fatty stains and water. It enhances the water-repellent features and prevents deposits of foreign bodies.

Style, the image of Dickson-Consant

The style office is one of the strategic centres of our company. For each collection they design more than 3 000 drafts. At the end, nearly 200 products are selected for each of our collections. Changing collections requires nearly one year’s work from studying future trends to the creation of production files. Even if our fabrics are more and more high tech, they are certainly not less stylish.
